Psychologist Scott Peck makes a bold statement:
“The tendency to avoid problems and the emotional suffering inherent in them is the primary basis of all mental illness.”
Processing our life experiences and clearing out the emotional clutter can be hugely intimidating, and many times we just don’t know how to get out of the place we find ourselves. Having a compassionate coach to walk with us on our journey can make all of the difference. Most of my clients feel better emotionally and feel more capable of dealing with life right from the first session.
Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people among us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems and opportunities.
Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.
You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.
My practice specializes in treating individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples and families, and through years of experience, I’m confident that no problem is too great to overcome. Through therapy and coaching, there is always a way to address the issues you face and learn coping strategies to help you both right now and in the future.
If you’re interested in becoming a better, happier, more fulfilled you, I’d love to work with you every step of the way. Please contact me today!
